The procedure for renting is easy. You contact us, we confirm the dates are free and then send you a contract by email. After you have read it and asked any questions you have, you just sign the contract and email it back. You can then pay the 50% of the total rent through Paypal or into our property account. The letting is then confirmed.
The remainder of the rent plus the £250 refundable deposit is due 8 weeks before the start of the rental. Your deposit is paid back within 24 hours of the end of the rental once confirmation has been received from the manager that no damage has been done.
If you cancel your holiday more than 8 weeks before it is due to begin, we will endeavour to re-let and charge you only expenses. In the event of our being unable to re-let to suitable renters, we will retain the deposit. If cancellation occurs less than 8 weeks before, we will retain the deposit and you will also be liable to pay the remaining balance unless we are able to re-let to suitable renters. In any event, we strongly recommend that you take out holiday insurance that will cover all of you in the event that you are unable for whatever reason to take your holiday.
